The Surfrider Foundation has partnered with Golden Volunteer to host a new volunteer portal. The new portal will allow volunteers to register for opportunities within the chapter and nation wide. The new portal will allow us to pre-register volunteers, check in at events, and provide feedback on the good work completed that day.
It is not required to create an account on the portal to signup for events. But if you create an account any volunteer hours registered with the chapter or any other organization that uses Golden Volunteer will be tracked in your account. For students that are completing community service hours, this is a great tool to track your volunteer hours.
