We would love to have had this comment two years ago when he was DNREC Secretary, but Colin O'Mara posted a comment to his Facebook page last week about the proposed Rehoboth Beach ocean outfall pipe. This was covered in a News Journal article by Molly Murray earlier this week. We could not agree more and his conclusion is ours - that more than anything - this is a waste of freshwater. Too bad his successor made the opposite decision.
