Comments on Outfall Pipe Permits

Back in December 2016 the Chapter submitted extensive comments on the permits needed by the Rehoboth Beach Outfall Pipe. DNREC has been sitting on the decision since then. Possibly because they don't have a Secretary, possibly for other reasons. Below we have posted all of our comment letters
